The affected

Everyone in the entire world is affected by problems but the severity of the problems differ. The two charities we are affiliated with are Liter for Light and Girl Up. Liter of Light helps people who are affected by the problem of having no constant and reliable light source. Girl Up helps Girls around the world that are either treated less of to men, who are beaten, and even raped. This club is based on the topic Kids helping Kids. That is honestly what we do we help children that have less than us. Of course it is great to work on a global cause but local is also very effective. Such as we raised about $3,500 for victims of hurricane Sandy. We raised money to put students back in school and have them continue with normality.

Taking action

Taking action can happen in a small way or a big way either way it  all helps.  Their are three different ways to help. First off you can preform hands on work in the areas affected by disaster. Such as how MAD4kids is sending members to go help these poor people affected by their individual problems. The second way to help is very easy. This way is donate money to donate a dollar can eventually make a huge difference. The last way is to get involved locally. Either start a club or join one if it already existent. Helping can be one of the easiest tasks in the world if you devote your self to take action.
